Our Fourth of July

Here is how our 4th went down...

We had some friends in town visiting so we took them to the highest point that overlooks D.C.!

View from my lap and in my lap

I love being able to hold my littlest lovebug and watch him just look around. It is so hard to believe he will be a month old this week! When they say that they grow up so fast it really is true. So definitely cherish every moment you can of them being small. Pretty soon they won't want you to hold them too much haha!

There there is the lovely view from my lap right now.. Just a quarter of the mess from Elizabeth's toys! That's one of the many perks of being a parent to younger ones, as soon as you clean an hour later it is all back out again haha! Well I am off to go change this little guy's diaper, yet another perk hehe!

He's here!!

This past Wednesday, June 5th, we welcomed the 5th member to our family! At 8:39am I gave birth to my new little bundle of joy, Landon Jacob! The crazy thing was that I had filmed a pregnancy video the day I went into labor that is up on youtube already haha! I will do an update video soon and introduce my little guy! Until then please excuse my absences, I have been one busy mamma hehe!!

Waiting Game...

It has been so long since my last post so please forgive me! I am just a little over a week away from my due date so things have been really hectic here haha! So my bags are packed and ready to make the trip to the hospital when our little guy decides to make his arrival. Honestly, I am surprised that time hasn't come yet.

Along with getting things ready for the baby, my internet decided to not work, so neither my youtube channel nor beauty blog have had any lovin in a while haha! Here is a pic I snapped last week of my big ole belly!!

A Pregnancy Complication

I know that I haven't really been updating you guys on what has been going on with my pregnancy. Not that I don't want anyone to know, it is because I have been on bed rest of some sort for almost two months now. I say "of some sort" because there are different types of bedrest. Mine started off as strict for a couple of weeks and then went to modified. Now I am on light duty, which is basically the same as modified only I am able to do just a little bit more! I tell you guys in the video all about it but I did fail to mention that I also have what they call placental lakes.

I also tell you all the sex of the baby in the video which I can't believe I haven't done up until now!!

A Pony Party

For Elizabeth's party this year it was much smaller than last year. Mainly due to our family being so far away in another state. So we just had a small party with a few family members that do live here.

Elizabeth chose My Little Pony decorations. Surprisingly she chose that over Barbie, or as she says it "Bobby" haha!

Even when we just throw small parties for the kids I still like to go all out with decorations to make the kids feel special. We also had a cake and icecream along with pizza. Enjoy a few of the pics that I snapped.
